Jack Daniel's Master Distiller Series No. 3 is a Tennessee whiskey that honours Lemuel 'Lem' Tolley, the third of just seven men to have stood in as Master Distiller. Tolley was the grandnephew of Jack Daniel, and he was committed to carrying on the custom of making the whiskey with the same consistency as those before him.
The nose is light and smooth with plenty of sweetness, while the palate brings banana milkshake, mixed nuts and caramel with crème anglaise. The finish has grain sweetness and toasty oak.
