Jack Daniel's Old No.7 is a Tennessee whiskey in a 1.75L bottle at 40% abv, from the 2021/2022 edition, year 3 of 3. It is mellowed drop by drop through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal, then matured in barrels the distillery makes by hand. Maturation does not follow a calendar. The whiskey is judged ready by how it looks, its aroma and its taste, which the maker describes as the way Jack Daniel did it over a century ago.
