Jack Daniel's – Old No.7 Tennessee Whiskey (175cl, 40%)

Old No.7 is Jack Daniel's Tennessee whiskey, here in a 1.75L bottle at 40% abv. The spirit is mellowed drop by drop through ten feet of sugar maple charcoal, then matured in barrels the distillery makes by hand. It carries no age statement: it is judged ready by the distillery's tasters, who go by its look, its aroma and its taste, a method said to follow the way Jack Daniel himself worked more than a century ago.
