Jack Daniel's – Old No.7 Tennessee Whiskey (70cl, 40%)

Jack Daniel's Old No.7 is a Tennessee whiskey from Lynchburg, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is made with limestone-filtered water from Cave Spring Hollow. Before bottling, the whiskey is dripped slowly through ten feet of tightly packed charcoal, known as the Lincoln County Process. This mellowing step shapes its character. It is amber in colour. The nose offers caramel, vanilla and toasted oak, and the palate is smooth and velvety, with sweet corn, mellowed grains and charred oak, then toffee, butterscotch and a little dried fruit.
