Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 Tennessee Whiskey (37.5cl, 40%)

Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 is a Tennessee whiskey bottled at 40% ABV in a 37.5cl bottle. It is distilled and bottled at the Jack Daniel Distillery in Lynchburg, Tennessee, which was established in 1866. The grains are corn, rye and malted barley, mixed with iron-free water from the Cave Spring on the distillery grounds. The spirit is mellowed drop by drop through ten feet of sugar maple charcoal, then matured in barrels made by the distillery itself. There is no fixed timetable for it: the whiskey is judged ready by its tasters, going by its appearance, aroma and taste.
