Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 is a Tennessee whiskey made in Lynchburg, Tennessee, in a 200ml bottle at 40% ABV. It is mellowed drop by drop through ten feet of sugar maple charcoal, then aged in white oak barrels.
It is warm amber-gold in colour, with a light to medium body. The nose has sweet vanilla, caramel, toasted oak, banana and a little brown sugar. The palate mixes sweet corn, vanilla, toasted oak, light spice and caramel. The finish is smooth and warm, of medium length, with toasted oak, charcoal and sweet spice.
