Jack Daniel's Single Barrel 100 Proof (70cl, 50%)

Jack Daniel's Single Barrel 100 Proof is a Tennessee whiskey from the Jack Daniel's Distillery in Lynchburg, in a 70cl bottle at 50% ABV. It is chill-filtered and has no added colour. It matures in virgin oak casks. The distillery uses spring water from Cave Spring Hollow and a mash of 80% corn, 12% rye and 8% barley, and filters the spirit through sugar maple charcoal. The nose is balanced, with pronounced oak, vanilla and spice. Vanilla, oak and spice carry through on the palate, and the finish is dominated by the same flavours.
