Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Barrel Proof is a Tennessee whiskey made at the Jack Daniel Distillery in Lynchburg, Tennessee. It is the first time the brand has offered a whiskey bottled straight from the barrel without dilution, and each bottle comes from a single barrel chosen by the Master Distiller. The nose has brown sugar, toasted oak and vanilla, with the distillery's ripe banana note. The palate is full and viscous, with dark caramel, baking spices and charred wood against a clear sweetness. The finish is very long, warm and peppery, with toasted almond and barrel char.
