Jack Daniel's – Single Barrel Cask Strength (70cl, 64.5%)

This is a single barrel Tennessee whiskey from Jack Daniel's, chosen by the Master Distiller and bottled at cask strength, 64.5% or 129 proof, in a 70cl bottle. Each bottling comes from a single barrel. The barrels are handmade American oak, toasted and charred, and they shape the flavour of the whiskey. The notes describe the house vanilla and toasted oak character at a bolder level, with sweet brown sugar giving way to hints of dark spice.
