Jack Daniel's – Single Barrel Select (70cl, 45%)

Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Select is a Tennessee whiskey in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 45% (94 proof). Each bottling comes from one barrel. The new spirit is mellowed drop by drop through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal, then matured for a minimum of four years in American oak barrels made by Jack Daniel's. Flavour can vary from one barrel to the next, from soft spice to full and robust. The nose is toasted oak with corn, smoke and cereal sweetness. The palate is big and bold, with pronounced rye, cigar box, tobacco, aniseed and charred caramel. The finish is long, with a hint of citrus and plenty of grain sweetness.
