Jack Daniel's – Triple Mash (70cl, 50%)

Jack Daniel's Triple Mash is a Tennessee whiskey bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle. It is a blend of three Jack Daniel's whiskeys: 60% rye whiskey made from a 70% rye mash, 20% American malt whiskey from malted barley, and 20% Tennessee whiskey from an 80% corn mash. All three meet the Bottled in Bond requirements: distilled in one distillery in a single year, aged for at least four years and bottled at 100 proof. The nose is dried fruit, honey, malt and charred oak. The palate pairs malt and honey sweetness with spicy rye and dry oak. The finish is long and tingling, with fresh bread and a touch of charcoal.
