Jack Daniel's – Triple Mash (70cl, 50%)

Jack Daniel's Triple Mash is a Bottled-in-Bond Tennessee whiskey made in Lynchburg, Tennessee. It combines three straight whiskies distilled in a single season: a bonded American malt, a rye and a classic Tennessee whiskey, aged for at least four years under government supervision. It is bottled at 100 proof, which is 50% abv. The nose has warming oak, petrichor, vanilla and toffee apple. On the palate come honeyed granary toast, rich dried fruit and baking spices. The long finish brings tingling rye spice with balanced oak and sweetness.
