Jack Daniel's

Jack Daniel's is a Tennessee whiskey from Lynchburg in America. It is distilled from maize, yet it is not called bourbon, because it is made by the Lincoln County Process, in which the spirit is filtered through maple charcoal. Maturation in oak gives a delicate scent of vanilla and caramel. The palate is sweet with subtle hints of oak, followed by a long, dry finish with a touch of caramel and toasted oak.
