Jameson Select Reserve Black Barrel is an Irish whiskey with a high proportion of pot still whiskey in the blend. It is matured in plenty of first-fill bourbon and sherry casks, which give a richer flavour than standard Jameson and a strong sherried note. The nose offers butterscotch, fudge and creamy toffee. Nutty notes run through the palate, together with sweet spice and vanilla, and toasted wood adds depth.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
