This is a single cask cognac from the Grande Champagne cru, distilled from Ugni Blanc and aged for around 65 to 66 years in one cask. It is bottled at cask strength, 42.3%, in a 50cl bottle, and 319 bottles were filled.
The cask is linked to Paul Gaillard, a cognac producer who ran the family business through three generations. His granddaughter Carole chose it to honour her grandfather.
