Jefferson's – Very Small Batch Bourbon (75cl, 41.1%)

Jefferson's Very Small Batch is a bourbon bottled at 41.15% (82.3 proof) in a 75cl bottle. It is a blend of the base Jefferson's bourbon with three further hand-selected straight bourbons, each with a different mash bill and age. The aim is a consistent whiskey in which different nuances can show in each new batch. The nose offers brown sugar with a hint of citrus, followed by vanilla, peach and toffee on the palate. The finish is delicate and warm, with honey.
