- French oak Pritchard Hill Cabernet Sauvignon finish
Jefferson's Pritchard Hill Cabernet Cask Finished is a Kentucky straight bourbon that has been given extra age in French oak casks. The casks once held Pritchard Hill Cabernet Sauvignon.
The bourbon is fully matured before it goes into the wine barrels. The barrels lend a sweetness, adding notes of dark berry, espresso and chocolate.
