Jim Beam Black is a bourbon matured for six years in new oak casks, filtered through charcoal and bottled in Kentucky at 43% ABV. It comes in a 70cl bottle.
The long maturation gives it a slightly smoother character than other bourbons of good quality. On the palate there is a touch of vanilla, along with roasted peanut notes.
