Jim Beam – White (40%)

Jim Beam White is a Kentucky bourbon bottled at 40% ABV, made by a family distillery whose craft has been passed down through seven generations of distillers. It is aged for a minimum of four years. Vanilla, caramel and American oak lead on the nose. The palate adds soft grain to the vanilla, with light spice and wood. The finish is supple and of moderate length, with caramelised notes.
