John Crabbie Single Malt (70cl, 40%)

John Crabbie Single Malt is a Scotch single malt made in tribute to John Crabbie, one of the most influential whisky merchants and importers in Scotland in the nineteenth century. It is matured in virgin oak casks and bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. The colour is bright gold. The nose is fresh, with apple, pear and honey, then vanilla, caramel and a delicate floral touch. The palate is soft and creamy, with sweet malt, toffee, orchard fruit and light almond and toasted oak. The finish is medium and clean, with vanilla, honey and gentle spice.
