Johnnie Walker Black Label 12 Year Old Blended Scotch Whisky (70cl, 40%)

Johnnie Walker Black Label is a 12 year old blended Scotch whisky, bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Its roots lie in the late 19th century, when John Walker & Sons of Kilmarnock sold three blends with white, red and black labels. They were relaunched in 1906 as White Label, Red Label and Black Label, the last of them a 12 year old. Black Label later went through a period without an age statement but is again sold as a 12 year old. The blend draws mainly on Clynelish, Cardhu and Glenkinchie malt, with Cameronbridge grain and a little smoke from Caol Ila.
