Johnnie Walker Black Label Sherry Finish is a blended Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV. It is made from whiskies aged for at least 12 years, which are then finished in Jerez sherry casks.
The blend draws on Highland Clynelish and Speyside Cardhu for sweet, fruity, spiced character, on the Lowland distilleries Cameronbridge and Glenkinchie for creamy caramel, honey and vanilla, and on Islay's Caol Ila for smoke. The sherry casks add the sweetness of figs and plums.
