Johnnie Walker Blue Label Cask Edition is a blended Scotch whisky bottled at its original cask strength of 55.8% ABV, in a 1 litre bottle. Its colour is a deep mahogany.
On the nose, crushed almond and cocoa powder mix with a pinch of pepper, while the peat is light, the smoke unobtrusive and the oak inviting. The palate brings a large bunch of fruit: dried apricot, raisin, pear, dried fig and candied orange, with plenty of honey, vanilla and milk caramel.
