The nose is fresh and full, with oak, spice, dried fruit and pastry, plus hints of berries, aniseed and cedar. The palate is soft and balanced, with toffee, light smoke, chocolate and a clear malt presence. The finish is floral and woody, with Highland-style smoke, dried fruit, spice and honey.
