Johnnie Walker Blue Label Ghost and Rare Port Dundas

A Johnnie Walker Blue Label blend from the Ghost & Rare series, which honours closed Scottish distilleries. This is the sixth release in the series and centres on Port Dundas, the Glasgow grain distillery that operated from 1811 until it closed in 2010. Master Blender Dr Emma Walker selected the casks. Alongside Port Dundas the blend includes whisky from the closed Cambus and Brora distilleries, and from Cameronbridge, Clynelish, Dailuaine, Glenkinchie, Auchroisk and Blair Athol. It is described with aromas of sweet vanilla, creamy toffee, orchard fruits, soft berries, delicate oak spice and subtle smoke, followed by a rich, velvety finish.
