This is Johnnie Walker Blue Label in a 75cl bottle, dressed in a limited edition design for the Chinese Lunar New Year and the Year of the Goat. Artist JiaYi Li drew a goat among clouds and florals against a deep midnight blue backdrop. The whisky inside is standard Blue Label, a blend of Scotch whiskies that includes some from distilleries that no longer exist. Blue Label was launched in 1992, within a house history that goes back to John Walker's grocery shop in Kilmarnock in 1820. It is described with wisps of peat smoke, charred oak, vanilla cream, chilli flake and bittersweet chocolate, finishing on caramel, cocoa, peat and cinnamon.
