A blended Scotch whisky from the 1990s, Johnnie Walker Gold Label 18 Year Old is made from a selection of 15 different aged whiskies. It is bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is honeyed cereals, Cadbury's Fruit and Nut, distant bonfire smoke, clementine and spring blossom. The palate brings peanut brittle, candied peels, plump sultanas, a whisper of floral malt and a hint of dry, earthy smoke. The finish returns to honey, with soft cinnamon spice.
