Jumping Goat Cold Brewed Coffee Infused Whiskey Liqueur is a coffee liqueur built on a blend of Scotch whisky from Tomintoul in Speyside. It is bottled at 36.9% ABV in a 75cl bottle. The coffee is cold brewed, a method that draws out sweeter, less acidic compounds and avoids the bitterness of hot extraction. The whisky base brings a malt character to the liqueur, which can be served neat over ice or used in cocktails. On the nose it shows cold brew coffee, dark chocolate and malt. The palate is rich coffee with caramel, vanilla and a Scotch character, and the finish is smooth and warming with lingering coffee.
