A 16 year old Jura single malt from Signatory Vintage, distilled in 2009 and bottled at natural cask strength. It matured in a single first fill Oloroso sherry butt and is bottled without chill-filtration or added colour. The Oloroso cask adds dried fruit, chocolate and warming spice to the spirit's gentle smoke, maritime freshness and malty sweetness.
