A red wine from Vanzini that expresses Pinot Nero in the Oltrepò Pavese. Light ruby in colour, it opens with small red fruits and floral hints, alongside slightly earthy notes. The palate balances freshness with fine tannins, with an elegant texture and pleasant persistence. It pairs easily with savoury first courses, white meats, cured meats and medium-aged cheeses. Serve at around 14-16°C.
