A Riesling from Vanzini in the Oltrepò Pavese DOC. The wine shows intense, complex aromatics of white-fleshed fruit such as pear and peach, with citrus, floral notes of acacia and broom, and delicate mineral veins. On the palate it is elegant, with balance between acidity and body, a soft entry, lively freshness and a long, aromatic finish. It pairs with light starters, fish, seafood, fresh cheeses and moderately spiced Asian dishes.
