A sparkling wine from Vanzini, made from Pinot Nero grapes grown in Oltrepò Pavese. The wine is produced by the traditional method, with a second fermentation in bottle lasting at least 36 months. It shows a bright straw-yellow colour with fine, persistent bubbles. On the nose there are delicate aromas of ripe white fruit, bread crust and yeast. The palate is fresh and balanced, with notable aromatic complexity and a long finish. It suits refined starters, fish dishes or an aperitif.
