A white wine from Vanzini, made from Pinot Grigio in the Oltrepò Pavese DOC. It has a slightly golden straw-yellow colour. The nose offers white fruit, floral notes and a subtle trace of nuts and fresh spices. On the palate it is balanced, with lively acidity and flavours of green apple, pear and melon, leading to a persistent finish with a delicate mineral vein. It suits aperitifs, light salads, seafood starters, delicate pasta sauces and grilled or baked fish.
