Kanto Perya Popcorn Vodka is a flavoured vodka from the Philippines, made by Destileria Barako for the Kanto line of Filipino spirits. It takes its inspiration from the perya, the Filipino travelling carnival. The vodka is distilled from grain and infused with natural popcorn and vanilla essence. Each batch is filtered for clarity and balance. The nose is sweet and buttery, with freshly popped popcorn, vanilla and a hint of caramel. The palate is smooth and creamy, with golden popcorn, toffee and a touch of salt, and the vodka base keeps the sweetness in check. The finish is medium and warming, with buttery richness and gentle sweetness.
