Distillery
Karuizawa
This is a Karuizawa bottling from the Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji series, which takes its name from a set of landscape prints by the Japanese ukiyo-e artist Hokusai. This bottle is Batch 12 and carries the Climbing On Fuji label. The whisky is a cask strength vintage from 1999 and 2000. Karuizawa is a silent distillery, closed since 2011.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
