Distillery
Karuizawa
This is the Sanraku Ocean White Ship, a Japanese whisky produced in the 1970s by Ocean, at the time a major Japanese drinks company, together with the Karuizawa distillery. The whisky is uncoloured, and a large part of the spirit in the bottle comes from Karuizawa. The absence of added colour gives the White Ship its place apart from other whiskies.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
