Kauffman Vodka (70cl, 40%)

Kauffman Vodka is a Russian vodka at 40% abv, in a 70cl bottle. It was created by Dr Mark Kauffman and is made from wheat. The vodka is produced only from single-year wheat harvests, distilled 14 times and filtered through birch charcoal and quartz sand. The nose is clean, with faint floral tones, soft grain and a little white pepper. The palate is silky with gentle sweetness and hints of vanilla, and the mouthfeel is rounded and creamy. The finish is long and clean.
