Kentucky Owl Takumi Edition is a small-batch Kentucky bourbon created in partnership with Suntory, whose master blender Yahisa blended it by hand with Kentucky Owl.
It combines straight bourbons aged 4, 5, 6 and 13 years, with maturation in Japanese oak barrels.
The nose has a light rye bread note. The palate offers caramel and a hint of fruit, leading to a long, flavourful finish.
