Ki One Batch 7 is a Korean single malt matured exclusively in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels and bottled at cask strength, 56.9% ABV, without dilution. It is made at Ki One in Namyangju, Gyeonggi Province, from 100% unpeated malted barley distilled in Forsyths copper pot stills.
The barrels have been worked on by Korea's hot summers and icy winters, which the distillery credits with a maturation rate 2.5 times faster.
The distillery describes fresh summer fruit aromas, balanced by rich, deep spice.
