Ki One Tiger Edition Cask Strength 2025 is a Korean single malt from Ki One Distillery in Namyangju, South Korea's first craft single malt distillery, founded in 2020. It is bottled once a year, undiluted from the cask, in a 700ml bottle.
It is matured only in sherry and red wine casks for no less than four years, a year longer than the standard 46% Tiger Edition. The malt is 100% unpeated barley.
The distillery describes concentrated dried fruit, honey and butterscotch with Korean spice, and a finish of dark chocolate, raisin and syrupy red fruit.
