A single pot still Irish whiskey from Kilbeggan. It is double distilled, once through the oldest working pot still in the world. The mash is malted barley, raw barley and 2.5% oats, inspired by recipes from the distillery's heyday in the late 1800s.
The whiskey is soft and mellow. The palate is fresh and fruity, with a light, lingering spice, and the oats give a rich, creamy mouthfeel.
