Machir Bay is the peated single malt that forms the core of the Kilchoman range, bottled at 46% ABV. It is named after one of the most striking beaches on Islay.
The whisky matured in both bourbon and sherry casks, with bourbon casks making up the larger share. That balance is what gives it a clear link between traditional Islay character and a fresh, floral complexity.
