Machir Bay is the core peated single malt from Kilchoman, a young distillery on Islay, in a 70cl bottle. It is made with local barley.
The whisky matured in two kinds of cask: 90% ex-bourbon and 10% ex-sherry. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
