Kilchoman Sanaig is a single malt Scotch whisky from Islay, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose has pineapple chunks and white grapes, with fresh coffee notes carrying earthy, subtly spiced peat, and cubes of caramel. On the palate come more light fruit, this time peach, with chocolate-covered raisins and a whisper of red berries. The peat builds steadily, along with some black pepper. The finish is fairly long, with coastal peat lingering.
