This is a 21 year old blended malt released as Kildalton and bottled by Living Souls. It was matured in a mix of bourbon and sherry casks, and is bottled at natural colour without chill filtration.
The character is coastal and smoky: peat smoke drifting through salty air around a harbour at dusk, with fishing boats rocking gently against the pier.
