Kilkerran 8 Year Old Bourbon Cask Strength (70cl)

This is a limited Campbeltown single malt from Glengyle Distillery, matured for eight years exclusively in bourbon casks. It is bottled at natural cask strength, without chill filtration or added colouring. The bourbon casks give a creamy texture and layered sweetness, alongside mineral freshness and gentle smoke. The nose offers butterscotch, custard creams and poached pear, with apple butter and white miso. The palate is creamy, with caramel chocolate, shortbread crust and white grape over soft smoke. The finish brings green peppercorn, honeydew melon and lingering ash.
