Kilkerran Heavily Peated Batch No. 7 is a single malt Scotch whisky distilled at Glengyle Distillery in Campbeltown by Mitchell's Glengyle Ltd. It is matured in oak and bottled at 58.6% in a 700ml bottle.
Mitchell's Glengyle chose the Kilkerran name to continue the Campbeltown distilling tradition. Old Campbeltown distilleries were rarely named after a glen, a custom more often found in Speyside, so the name was thought a fitting one for a new Campbeltown malt.
