This is a single cask Irish whiskey from Killowen, released as Germany Exclusive No. 2 and bottled in 2025 at 58.2% in a 70cl bottle. The mash used both peated malted barley and unmalted barley. Maturation began in a virgin Irish oak cask. The whiskey was then moved into a Pedro Ximénez cask, where it spent most of its time. The spicy intensity of the Irish oak is joined by dried fruit and sweetness. It is bottled without chill-filtration or added colouring.
