KinGlassie Raw is an 8 year old single malt from InchDairnie Distillery in Fife, a heavily peated Lowland whisky bottled at 46.3% without chill filtration.
It was matured entirely in American oak ex-bourbon casks and is a limited edition.
The nose has smouldering bonfire embers, toasted barley, soft vanilla and fresh lemon zest. On the palate it is rich and smoky, with roasted malt, creamy vanilla, salted caramel and black pepper alongside bright citrus. The finish is long and warming, with lingering peat smoke and gentle spice.
