Kings County Empire Rye is a New York rye whiskey from Kings County Distillery, made as part of a wider project with distillers across New York State. It follows a new Empire Rye category built on the state's whiskey heritage.
The mash is 80% New York-grown Danko rye and 20% English barley malt, and the whiskey is aged for at least three years in charred oak barrels. It is bottled at barrel strength, 61%, in a 375ml bottle.
